Shipping policy

Overview

We aim to ship all orders on the day the order is placed or the very next day. The only day products can't be shipped is Sunday. If you place your order on a Saturday evening or Sunday, you're order will be shipped on Monday.

The cost of shipping is added at checkout. Prices vary depending on your destination (UK or International). 

Our Shipping Carrier

We use Royal Mail for shipping all orders. If you are not based in the UK, Royal Mail will hand over the parcel to your local shipping provider when the package leaves the UK.

UK Shipping Options

• Standard (2-3 days) - Equivalent to Royal Mail 2nd Class
• Express (1-2 days) - Equivalent to Royal Mail 1st Class
• UK Tracked 24 Royal Mail: (1-2 days) - You will receive your tracking code at the time of despatch)
• Free Shipping available on all UK orders over £25

International Orders

We offer a reduced shipping rate for orders of £30 or more. Royal Mail handles the package until it leaves the UK after which it may be handed to your country's prominent shipping provider.

All international orders are shipped with tracking.

Package Not Arrived?

If you do not receive your order in a reasonable time, let us know so we can investigate a re-send if needed. Re-sending an order is done at our discretion.
